PSYFI Muay Thai is one of the most intense and aggressive forms of martial arts in the world, where we teach you to use your body and mind to react as one. Historically called an “art” as many students consider it moving meditation or full contact chess, where each move is strategic AND tactical. We not only give you a bada$$ workout, and teach you self defense, but also give you a cathartic and creative outlet for you to see what you're really made of.
* Because of the intimate nature of our experiences, we’re limiting this workshop to only twelve (12) people.
